We will not accept liability for delayed orders, please make sure your items have arrived before you schedule your installation date to avoid disappointment. 

We typically aim to process orders within 24 hours of receiving them.
However please allow for 2 to 4 working days as a max lead time. (Excluding weekends and holidays)

Once you have received your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

For products we do not hold in stock will be shipped direct by our supplier. (This will be on the product description)

The delivery times can vary, if you are unsure of the shipping estimated delivery, please feel free to contact us beforehand.
