The copper tubing is specifically crafted for use in refrigeration and air conditioning systems, undergoing thorough cleaning, nitrogen purging, and capping as part of its preparation.

In terms of material analysis, the tubing is composed of phosphorus de-oxidized copper, designated as Cu-DHP or CW024A in accordance with BS EN 1976 standards. The material boasts a minimum copper content of 99.90%, inclusive of silver. The phosphorus content falls within the range of 0.015% to 0.040%, and the total impurity level is capped at a maximum of 0.060%, excluding phosphorus and silver.

Additionally, the copper has a melting point of 1083ºC and a density of 8.9 gm/cc.
